- Design, execute, and monitor lifecycle marketing campaigns, nurture journeys, onboarding programs, and segmented email initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Produce accurate weekly and monthly performance reports, dashboards, and marketing insights while ensuring high standards of data quality and integrity.
- Configure, execute, and document A/B testing initiatives across email campaigns, landing pages, and marketing programs to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Manage marketing technology integrations, monitor system health, troubleshoot issues proactively, and maintain reliable documentation for all marketing operations processes.
- Collaborate closely with Revenue Operations, Data, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure seamless data flow, reporting consistency, and operational alignment.
- Support product analytics initiatives by tracking user behavior, campaign performance, and emerging AI-driven marketing visibility metrics where applicable.
- Continuously identify opportunities to automate workflows, improve operational efficiency, and optimize marketing processes.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure scalable, repeatable, and well-governed marketing operations.

### What Makes You a Great Fit

- Proficiency in **SQL** and working with data warehouses to build reports, answer business questions, and validate marketing data independently.
- Deep understanding of campaign attribution, UTM governance, multi-channel marketing measurement, and data quality best practices.
- Experience managing marketing technology stacks, system integrations, email deliverability, and CRM synchronization.
- Familiarity with product analytics platforms, experimentation frameworks, A/B testing methodologies, and performance optimization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to work effectively in asynchronous, distributed teams.
- Self-driven professional who can independently manage marketing operations, prioritize initiatives, and deliver reliable, high-quality outcomes with minimal supervision.
