## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business needs and requirements.
-   Work with stakeholders to maintain and prioritize the requirements backlog.
-   Convert business requirements into comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria.
-   Ensure the engineering team fully comprehends the requirements and acceptance criteria.
-   Serve as the main contact for clarifying requirements and coordinating delivery.
-   Plan, oversee, and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones.
-   Organize and lead regular project meetings, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
-   Identify potential project risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
-   Provide regular updates on project status to all stakeholders.
-   Guarantee that projects are completed on schedule and within the defined scope.
-   Define user acceptance criteria and collaborate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive testing and quality assurance.
-   Continuously look for ways to enhance processes and increase efficiency.

### Qualifications:

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
-   Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or similar position within a software development setting.
-   Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
-   Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
-   Capability to adopt an end-user perspective and translate business needs into actionable requirements.
-   Strong skills in organization and prioritization, with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
-   Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.

### Preferred Skills:

-   Experience working in small businesses or startup environments.
-   Technical knowledge or understanding of software development processes.
