We are looking for an accomplished **Site Head – OSD** to lead the overall manufacturing and operational performance of a large-scale **Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) pharmaceutical manufacturing site**. This senior leadership role will have end-to-end accountability for site operations, manufacturing performance, quality, productivity, compliance, cost management, and organisational capability.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in **OSD manufacturing, plant leadership, pharmaceutical operations, GMP compliance, and large-scale team management**, with a proven track record of delivering operational excellence in complex manufacturing environments.

## Requirements

Key Responsibilities

-   Lead end-to-end operations of the **OSD pharmaceutical manufacturing site** with overall accountability for performance and results.
-   Develop and execute site strategies aligned with business objectives, manufacturing plans, and long-term growth requirements.
-   Provide leadership across production, engineering, maintenance, quality, supply chain, EHS, planning, and other site functions.
-   Drive safe, compliant, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing operations.
-   Ensure adherence to **GMP, regulatory requirements, quality systems, EHS standards, and internal operating procedures**.
-   Own site-level manufacturing KPIs including productivity, capacity utilisation, yield, OEE, quality, cost, delivery, and operational efficiency.
-   Lead annual operating plans, manufacturing budgets, resource planning, and cost-control initiatives.
-   Drive continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing, operational excellence, and productivity-enhancement programs.
-   Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, reduce waste, optimise resources, and strengthen operational reliability.
-   Oversee capacity planning, technology upgrades, facility expansion, equipment investments, and major capital projects.
-   Ensure effective production planning and coordination with supply chain, procurement, quality, and commercial teams.
-   Provide leadership during regulatory inspections, audits, investigations, CAPA initiatives, and compliance programs.
-   Strengthen quality culture and ensure timely resolution of critical manufacturing and quality issues.
-   Lead site-level business continuity, risk-management, emergency preparedness, and operational resilience initiatives.
-   Build, mentor, and develop a strong leadership team and high-performing manufacturing workforce.
-   Establish clear accountability, performance-management mechanisms, and succession plans across key site functions.
-   Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, business growth, new product introductions, and manufacturing expansion.
-   Promote a culture of **safety, quality, compliance, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement**.

What Makes You a Great Fit

-   **20+ years of experience** in pharmaceutical manufacturing, plant operations, or related manufacturing leadership roles.
-   Extensive experience in **OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) manufacturing** and pharmaceutical plant operations.
-   Proven experience as a **Site Head, Plant Head, Operations Head, Manufacturing Head, or equivalent senior leadership position**.
-   Strong understanding of end-to-end OSD manufacturing processes, production planning, technology, and operational controls.
-   Deep knowledge of **GMP, regulatory compliance, quality systems, EHS, audits, CAPA, deviations, and inspection readiness**.
-   Proven track record of managing large-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing sites and multidisciplinary teams.
