We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Jewellery Designer** with **1–10 years of experience** to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of jewellery design, excellent aesthetic judgment, and hands-on expertise in **Rhino 3D** and **Adobe Illustrator**. You will be responsible for translating concepts and creative ideas into commercially viable jewellery designs while ensuring accuracy, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.

The role requires a combination of creativity, technical design capability, knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes, and an understanding of current market and consumer trends.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Create innovative and aesthetically appealing jewellery designs across different categories, including rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, pendants, and other jewellery pieces.
-   Develop detailed **2D and 3D jewellery designs** based on creative briefs, product requirements, and design concepts.
-   Use **Rhino 3D** to create accurate 3D models, technical designs, and production-ready jewellery files.
-   Use **Adobe Illustrator** to develop sketches, design presentations, technical illustrations, and detailed 2D artwork.
-   Convert hand-drawn concepts, references, mood boards, and creative ideas into refined digital designs.
-   Ensure designs are technically feasible and suitable for manufacturing while maintaining the intended aesthetic.
-   Work closely with production, CAD, merchandising, sourcing, and quality teams to ensure designs move smoothly from concept to final product.
-   Make design modifications based on feedback from internal stakeholders, clients, or production teams.
-   Research jewellery trends, materials, finishes, gemstones, colours, and international as well as domestic market preferences.
-   Develop design collections and variations while maintaining consistency with brand aesthetics and target customer requirements.
-   Prepare accurate design specifications and communicate design intent clearly to manufacturing teams.
-   Review prototypes and samples and recommend necessary changes related to proportions, detailing, finishing, or functionality.
-   Maintain organized design files, libraries, references, and technical documentation.

### Must-Have Skills

-   **Rhino 3D:** Strong hands-on experience in creating detailed and accurate jewellery models.
-   **Adobe Illustrator:** Proficiency in creating jewellery sketches, illustrations, presentations, and technical artwork.
-   Strong understanding of jewellery design principles, proportions, symmetry, detailing, and aesthetics.
-   Good knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes and production feasibility.
-   Ability to interpret design briefs and independently develop concepts from initial ideation to final design.
-   Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-   Good understanding of gemstones, metals, finishes, textures, and jewellery construction.
-   Ability to work within deadlines and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
-   Strong visual sense, creativity, and problem-solving ability.

### Qualifications & Experience

-   **Experience:** 1–10 years of relevant experience in jewellery design, CAD jewellery design, or a related field.
-   A degree, diploma, or certification in Jewellery Design, Fashion Design, Product Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline is preferred.
-   Candidates should have a strong portfolio demonstrating their jewellery design and CAD capabilities.

### Good-to-Have Skills

-   Experience with jewellery CAD/CAM and rendering workflows.
-   Knowledge of additional design or rendering software such as KeyShot, Matrix, or similar tools.
-   Understanding of gemstone setting techniques and jewellery production standards.
-   Exposure to luxury, fashion, bridal, fine jewellery, or contemporary jewellery collections.
