We are looking for an experienced **ManageEngine Endpoint Administrator** with 3+ years of hands-on experience in endpoint management, device administration, and IT infrastructure support. The role requires strong expertise in **ManageEngine Endpoint Central** and related endpoint management capabilities, with a focus on maintaining secure, compliant, and efficiently managed user devices.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering endpoint environments, managing device configurations, deploying applications and patches, monitoring endpoint health, and troubleshooting device-related issues. You will work closely with IT, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure reliable endpoint operations across the organisation.

## Requirements

Key Responsibilities

-   Administer and maintain **ManageEngine Endpoint Central** and related endpoint management tools.
-   Manage the complete lifecycle of corporate **endpoint devices**, including desktops, laptops, and supported mobile or remote devices.
-   Deploy, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, software packages, and endpoint configurations.
-   Manage automated **patch deployment** for operating systems and third-party applications.
-   Monitor patch compliance and identify devices requiring updates or remediation.
-   Create and manage endpoint configuration policies, security settings, restrictions, and compliance baselines.
-   Maintain accurate endpoint inventory, hardware/software records, and device configuration information.
-   Perform remote troubleshooting and provide technical support for endpoint-related incidents.
-   Use ManageEngine capabilities to automate repetitive endpoint administration and software deployment tasks.
-   Manage application distribution, upgrades, uninstallations, and software compliance.
-   Support endpoint onboarding, provisioning, replacement, and decommissioning activities.
-   Monitor endpoint health, performance, connectivity, and operational status.
-   Troubleshoot issues related to Windows devices, applications, drivers, configurations, and system performance.

What Makes You a Great Fit

-   **3+ years of experience** in endpoint administration, desktop engineering, IT infrastructure support, or a similar role.
-   Strong hands-on experience with **ManageEngine Endpoint Central** or comparable endpoint management platforms.
-   Good understanding of endpoint lifecycle management, device administration, software deployment, and patch management.
-   Experience managing **Windows desktops and laptops** in an enterprise environment.
-   Strong knowledge of application packaging, software distribution, updates, and endpoint configurations.

-   Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical users.
-   Ability to manage multiple incidents, requests, deployments, and endpoint-management activities simultaneously.
-   Strong attention to detail, ownership, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
-   Relevant certifications in **ManageEngine, Microsoft, endpoint administration, or IT infrastructure** are an advantage.
