We are looking for an experienced **Java Developer** with 5–10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in **Java** and **Spring Boot**, along with proven experience working in the **banking or financial services domain**. You will play a key role in building secure, scalable, and high-performance applications that support mission-critical banking operations.

As part of a collaborative engineering team, you will contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and system design to implementation, testing, deployment, and production support. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of backend development, and the ability to deliver reliable solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
-   Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices to support banking products and services.
-   Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
-   Develop secure and resilient applications that comply with banking and financial industry standards.
-   Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability through efficient coding practices.
-   Integrate applications with databases, third-party services, and enterprise systems.
-   Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture planning.
-   Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
-   Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
-   Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and support application deployment across multiple environments.

### Required Qualifications

-   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-   5–10 years of professional software development experience.
-   Strong proficiency in **Java** with solid knowledge of object-oriented programming principles.
-   Extensive experience building applications using **Spring Boot**, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
-   Hands-on experience in the **banking or financial services domain**, including knowledge of banking workflows, payment systems, transaction processing, or lending platforms.
-   Strong experience in developing REST APIs and microservices.
-   Good understanding of SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
-   Familiarity with messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or JMS is an advantage.
-   Experience with Git, Maven, Gradle, and modern development tools.
-   Understanding of cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD practices is preferred.
-   Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
