We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Senior Accountant** to manage end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance for a growing organization in the healthcare manufacturing sector. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in **accounts finalization, taxation, financial reporting, and compliance**, who can ensure accurate financial records while supporting informed business decision-making.

As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting activities, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and coordinating with auditors, banking partners, and consultants. You will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, improving accounting processes, and delivering timely management reports that support organizational growth.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and financial reporting.
-   Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
-   Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
-   Perform bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow, and maintain accurate financial records.
