We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React, Python, and modern web technologies to join a dynamic engineering team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining both frontend and backend components of modern web applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to transform business requirements and design concepts into secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions. The role requires a strong foundation in frontend development using React, backend engineering using Python, API development, database management, and application performance optimization.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using React, Python, TypeScript, and modern development frameworks.
-   Build responsive, scalable, and user-centric frontend interfaces based on design mockups and business requirements.
-   Develop robust backend services, APIs, and business logic using Python and modern backend frameworks.
-   Design and implement RESTful APIs to enable seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
-   Work with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar technologies to manage and optimize application data.
-   Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX concepts into intuitive, high-performance user experiences.

### What Makes You a Great Fit

-   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
-   3+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development with a strong focus on backend engineering.
-   Strong expertise in React, ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern frontend development practices.
-   Hands-on experience developing backend applications using Python and API-driven architectures.
-   Experience with Node.js, Express, or similar backend frameworks is highly desirable.
-   Strong understanding of RESTful API development, integration patterns, and web application architecture.
-   Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
-   Ability to transform design mockups into scalable, modern, and visually appealing user interfaces.

-   Familiarity with AI integrations, Large Language Models (LLMs), OpenAI APIs, automation platforms, or AI-driven applications is a valuable addition.
-   Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills across frontend and backend environments.
