We are looking for a Founder's Office team member to work directly with the founder and leadership team on high-priority, cross-functional initiatives. This is a high ownership, high visibility role where you will drive 0→1 projects, strategic programs, and business-critical initiatives across product, growth, partnerships, operations, and more. ## Requirements

### **🎯 Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead and execute high-impact strategic initiatives across the company.
-   Drive 0→1 and 1→10 projects from ideation to execution.
-   Own program management for key business priorities.
-   Work closely with the founder on business planning, decision-making, and execution.
-   Prepare strategic documents, presentations, and business insights.
-   Act as an extension of the founder in driving key initiatives.
-   Work across Product, Growth, Partnerships, Operations, and Finance.
-   Break down complex problems into structured action plans.
-   Ensure alignment and execution across teams.
-   Take ownership of ambiguous, high-priority problems.
-   Build solutions from scratch — processes, playbooks, and frameworks.
-   Drive experimentation and rapid iteration.
-   Analyse business performance across key metrics (GMV, CAC, conversion, retention).
-   Build dashboards and generate insights to guide decisions.
-   Support data-driven strategy and execution.
-   Identify inefficiencies and build scalable processes.
-   Improve cross-team coordination and execution velocity.
-   Drive operational rigor across functions.
-   Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
-   Drive follow-ups, ensure accountability, and unblock teams.
-   Act as a central node for critical initiatives.
