We are looking for an experienced **Functional Project Manager** with strong expertise in **US Healthcare** to lead end-to-end functional project delivery across complex business and technology initiatives. The role requires a strong combination of project management, business analysis, stakeholder management, and healthcare domain knowledge.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into actionable project plans, managing cross-functional teams, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead end-to-end functional project delivery across **US Healthcare** business and technology initiatives.
-   Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
-   Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements.
-   Develop and maintain comprehensive **Functional BRDs** and related project documentation.
-   Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and actionable project deliverables.
-   Coordinate and manage **cross-functional teams** across business, technology, product, operations, QA, and other stakeholder groups.
-   Establish project governance, communication plans, status reporting, and review mechanisms.
-   Identify, assess, track, and mitigate project **risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies**.
-   Develop risk mitigation and contingency plans and proactively escalate critical risks.
-   Lead **change management** activities associated with business processes, systems, products, or operational changes.
-   Assess change impacts and coordinate stakeholder communication, readiness, training, and adoption activities.
