We are seeking an experienced **Cloud Security Architect** to lead the design, implementation, and governance of secure cloud environments across enterprise-scale platforms. This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in cloud security architecture, multi-cloud environments, DevSecOps, and security governance who are passionate about building resilient, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructures.

As a Cloud Security Architect, you will serve as the technical authority on cloud security, partnering with engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to design secure architectures, implement best practices, and strengthen the organization's overall security posture. You will play a key role in securing modern cloud-native applications, AI workloads, and enterprise infrastructure while driving innovation through automation and emerging security technologies.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead the design and implementation of secure cloud architectures across AWS, GCP, and hybrid cloud environments.
-   Identify security risks, perform architecture reviews, and develop mitigation strategies for enterprise cloud platforms.
-   Define cloud security standards, reference architectures, implementation guidelines, and operational best practices.
-   Collaborate with engineering and product teams to build secure cloud-native applications, containerized workloads, serverless solutions, and AI platforms.
-   Implement and enforce Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategies based on least-privilege principles.
-   Integrate security controls into DevOps and CI/CD pipelines to enable automated security throughout the software development lifecycle.
-   Evaluate and implement cloud security technologies, including CSPM, CNAPP, cloud-native security services, and Web Application Firewalls (WAF).
-   Support secure Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or similar automation frameworks.
-   Mentor cloud security engineers through architecture reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.
-   Collaborate with leadership to align cloud security initiatives with business objectives while continuously improving the organization's security posture.

### What Makes You a Great Fit

-   13+ years of experience in **Cloud Security**, Information Security, Security Architecture, or related cybersecurity roles.
-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
-   Deep expertise in designing and securing enterprise-scale AWS environments, with experience in GCP and hybrid cloud architectures.
-   Strong understanding of cloud security principles, governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
-   Hands-on experience securing containers, Kubernetes, serverless applications, and cloud-native services.
-   Experience integrating security into DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) workflows.
-   Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including VPCs, routing, DNS, VPNs, segmentation, and cloud networking security.
-   Experience leveraging **Generative AI (GenAI)** and **Agentic AI** to enhance cloud security operations, automation, or threat detection.
-   Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence both technical and business teams.
-   Passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of emerging cloud security threats, technologies, and industry best practices.
