**Qualifications:** Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline  
**Working Days:** Monday to Friday (5 days per week)  
**Working Hours:** 9 hours each day  
**Shift Options:** 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM **or** 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (depending on role and business needs)

### Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and reliable **Assistant Manager – Finance** to take charge of daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and prompt reporting.  
This position suits an individual who thrives working independently, handling multiple tasks, and supporting a structured, process-oriented finance team.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

### Financial Operations & Reporting

Assist in preparation and maintenance of financial records, reports, and statements  
Support budgeting and forecasting activities  
Conduct financial analysis and generate MIS reports as required

### Month-End & Compliance

Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end closing processes  
Support audit processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements  
Assist with MCA compliances and statutory filings

### Intercompany & Reconciliation

Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations on a monthly basis  
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) sheets and perform reconciliations  
Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and clarifications

### Data Management & Process Improvement

Maintain and update financial databases and Excel trackers  
Support implementation and improvement of financial policies and procedures

### Stakeholder Coordination

Communicate with internal teams for financial data and issue resolution  
Support Finance Manager in ongoing tasks and special projects

### Who Should Apply

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field  
4–5 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting roles  
Strong hands-on experience with **MS Excel**  
Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus  
Basic understanding of **US accounting and taxation** preferred
