**Key Responsibilities:**

• Client Relationship Management: Lead as the primary point of contact for key clients,

ensuring strategic alignment, relationship growth, and overall client satisfaction.

• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide the client servicing team, ensuring consistent

performance, professional development, and client-first service delivery.

• Project Oversight: Oversee end-to-end event management, from brief to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations.

• Proposal Strategy & Review: Supervise proposal development, pricing strategies, and pitch presentations, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business goals.

• Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with production, operations, creative, and finance teams to ensure flawless event execution.

• Account Growth: Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts, driving

renewals, upselling services, and expanding partnerships.

• Conflict & Issue Management: Resolve escalated client concerns promptly and effectively,

safeguarding client relationships and company reputation.

• Market Awareness: Stay updated on event industry trends, client market landscapes, and

competitor activities to provide informed, strategic recommendations.

• Reporting & Feedback: Deliver periodic client account reviews, event reports, and

performance feedback to management and clients.
