We are looking for an experienced **Java Full Stack Developer** with strong expertise in Java-based backend development and React.js frontend development to join our engineering team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 9–15 years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications. This role requires a strong understanding of full-stack architecture, hands-on programming skills, and the ability to lead technical discussions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing robust backend services, building responsive user interfaces, integrating APIs, and ensuring the overall quality, performance, and security of enterprise-grade applications.

## Requirements

Key Responsibilities

-   Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Java and React.js.
-   Build robust backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices using Java and relevant frameworks such as Spring Boot and Spring MVC.
-   Develop dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
-   Integrate frontend components with backend services, APIs, and databases to deliver seamless application functionality.
-   Apply object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and software engineering best practices to build maintainable solutions.
-   Work with relational and NoSQL databases, including database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
-   Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and decisions related to application scalability and maintainability.
-   Write clean, reusable, well-documented code and develop unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability.
-   Identify and resolve complex technical issues, troubleshoot production defects, and optimize application performance.
-   Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
-   Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
-   Mentor junior developers, share technical knowledge, and contribute to coding standards and development best practices.
-   Ensure application security, reliability, scalability, and compliance with established engineering standards.

Must-Have Skills

-   **Java:** Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, object-oriented programming, collections, multithreading, exception handling, and modern Java features.
-   **React.js:** Proficiency in building reusable components, managing state, handling hooks, and developing responsive user interfaces.
-   Strong experience in backend development using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and RESTful APIs.
-   Good understanding of full-stack application architecture and frontend-backend integration.
-   Experience working with SQL databases, data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization.
-   Proficiency in Git, debugging, unit testing, and Agile development methodologies.
-   Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

-   Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
-   Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
-   Knowledge of application security, automated testing frameworks, and performance monitoring tools.

Candidate Requirements

-   9–15 years of relevant experience in full-stack software development.
-   Strong expertise in both Java and React.js.
-   Candidates must be based in or willing to work from **Hyderabad**.
-   Candidates should be available to join within **30 days, with 45 days as the maximum acceptable notice period**.
