We seek an innovative AI Architect to spearhead the design and deployment of Agentic AI, Generative AI (GenAI), and Large Language Model (LLM)-based solutions within enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will connect research and practical application by establishing AI strategy, architecture, and scalable model pipelines that drive transformative business results.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities:**  
Design and architect comprehensive AI systems utilizing LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic AI frameworks.  
Develop AI/ML solution architectures encompassing data ingestion, model training, orchestration, and deployment on Azure, AWS, or GCP platforms.  
Engage in prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and fine-tuning of both open-source and proprietary LLMs.  
Collaborate closely with Data Scientists, MLOps Engineers, and Software Developers to deploy AI solutions in production environments.  
Create and implement AI agent workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, or Semantic Kernel.  
Uphold responsible AI principles by ensuring security, compliance, governance, and ethical use of AI technologies.  
Establish AI observability and governance frameworks to track model drift, bias, performance, and reliability.  
Assess new GenAI tools, multimodal AI technologies, and Agentic AI capabilities for integration into enterprise systems.  
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI teams through architecture reviews and promotion of best practices.  
Lead scalable deployment strategies for enterprise AI applications including copilots, chatbots, document intelligence, and AI assistants.

**Required Skills:**

Over 10 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 4 years specializing in AI/ML/GenAI architecture.  
Expert proficiency in Python along with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.  
In-depth knowledge of transformer-based architectures including GPT, BERT, T5, LLaMA, Claude, Gemini, and others.  
Demonstrated expertise in integrating LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and working with vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, and Milvus.  
Practical experience using LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI, or Azure OpenAI services.  
Strong familiarity with MLOps pipelines, CI/CD processes, model deployment, and AI infrastructure.  
Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as Azure ML, SageMaker, Vertex AI, or similar.  
Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.  
Experience incorporating GenAI solutions into enterprise applications.  
Excellent communication, architectural design, stakeholder management, and solution development skills.
