We are looking for a results-oriented **Performance Marketing Executive** to plan, execute, monitor, and optimise paid digital marketing campaigns. The role is focused on driving measurable business outcomes through **paid advertising, lead generation, campaign optimisation, and data-driven decision-making**.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with **Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaign analytics, audience targeting, and conversion tracking**, along with a strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and digital acquisition strategies.

## Requirements

Key Responsibilities

-   Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across **Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms**.
-   Manage campaign budgets and optimise spending to improve **ROI, conversions, and lead generation**.
-   Monitor key performance metrics including **CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality**.
-   Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and market research.
-   Develop and execute audience targeting and retargeting strategies.
