We are looking for an experienced **Financial Sector Policy & Institutional Partnerships Manager** to build strong relationships with financial-sector stakeholders, identify industry challenges, support policy advocacy initiatives, and develop strategic institutional partnerships.

The role will involve engaging with financial-sector committees, regional taskforces, government and regulatory stakeholders, and senior industry leaders to understand emerging business issues and translate stakeholder inputs into meaningful policy and industry initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong relationship-management capabilities with an understanding of financial-sector policy, economics, and industry dynamics.

## Requirements

Key Responsibilities

-   Engage regularly with members of **financial-sector committees, regional committees, and industry taskforces** to understand their business challenges, concerns, and recommendations.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the banking, financial services, insurance, fintech, and broader financial ecosystem.
-   Identify emerging industry issues and areas requiring **policy advocacy and regulatory intervention**.
-   Gather stakeholder inputs on policy and regulatory matters and communicate relevant insights to leadership teams for further advocacy and policy reform.
-   Coordinate interactions with **government authorities, regulators, policymakers, and senior financial-sector leaders**.
-   Strategically identify, develop, and maintain **institutional partnerships** with relevant organisations and industry stakeholders.

What Makes You a Great Fit
