We are looking for an experienced and proactive **Talent Acquisition professional** to independently manage end-to-end recruitment across retail and corporate functions. The role requires strong expertise in **sourcing, stakeholder management, headhunting, candidate assessment, recruitment operations, and talent pipeline development**.

The ideal candidate will be capable of managing multiple hiring mandates simultaneously, partnering closely with business leaders and hiring managers, and delivering quality talent within defined timelines. Experience in **retail, luxury, jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer-facing businesses** will be an advantage.

## Requirements

Key Responsibilities

-   Own **end-to-end recruitment** across retail and corporate functions.
-   Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective hiring plans.
-   Manage recruitment for retail roles including **Style Consultants, Store Managers, Cluster Heads, Customer Experience, and other store positions**.
-   Drive corporate hiring across **Finance, Marketing, Technology, Operations, Merchandising, Category, Business Planning, HR, and Administration**.
-   Develop strong talent pipelines through **LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, employee referrals, consultants, campus hiring, and direct sourcing**.
-   Conduct candidate screening and initial discussions to evaluate experience, communication, suitability, and cultural alignment.
-   Coordinate interview processes and ensure timely feedback and decision-making from stakeholders.
-   Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.
-   Build talent pools for upcoming business expansion, new locations, and store launches.
-   Manage external recruitment consultants and ensure adherence to agreed commercials, service expectations, and replacement terms.
-   Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, MIS, hiring reports, and recruitment dashboards.
-   Monitor recruitment metrics including **time-to-hire, pipeline health, offer conversion, and joining ratios**.
-   Provide regular hiring updates and recruitment insights to HR leadership and business stakeholders.
-   Support employer branding and talent-attraction initiatives across relevant talent markets.
-   Ensure a positive and consistent **candidate experience** throughout the recruitment and onboarding journey.

What Makes You a Great Fit

-   **5+ years of relevant experience** in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search.
-   Strong hands-on experience managing **end-to-end recruitment processes independently**.
-   Experience handling both **retail and corporate hiring** will be preferred.
-   Exposure to **luxury retail, jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, premium consumer brands, or retail operations** is an advantage.
-   Experience managing **PAN-India hiring** and multiple locations is desirable.
-   Strong sourcing, headhunting, networking, and talent-pipeline development capabilities.
-   Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with senior business leaders and hiring managers.
-   Strong candidate assessment, engagement, negotiation, and offer-management skills.
-   Proficiency with **LinkedIn, Naukri, ATS/HRMS platforms, recruitment tools, and hiring dashboards**.
-   Good understanding of recruitment metrics, hiring processes, and talent-market dynamics.
-   Strong ability to manage multiple vacancies, stakeholders, locations, and priorities simultaneously.
-   Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
-   Strong ownership and execution mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-   A genuine interest in **building high-performing teams and delivering quality talent within defined timelines**.
