We are looking for an experienced **Java Full Stack Developer** with strong expertise in **ReactJS** to build and maintain scalable, enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the full technology stack, including Java backend development, modern React-based frontend development, RESTful APIs, microservices, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design secure, high-performance applications, contribute to cloud-native development initiatives, and deliver robust software solutions using Agile methodologies and engineering best practices.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java and ReactJS.
-   Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Spring Data JPA.
-   Build responsive, reusable, and user-friendly interfaces using ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
-   Integrate applications with cloud services, messaging platforms, and enterprise systems.
-   Design, optimize, and maintain relational databases while ensuring application performance.
-   Develop and support microservices architecture and API integrations.
-   Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA teams, and developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
-   Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and software quality guidelines.
-   Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, and containerized application deployments.
-   Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize application performance.
-   Continuously improve application scalability, reliability, and maintainability through modern engineering practices.

### What Makes You a Great Fit

-   6+ years of experience in Java Full Stack application development.
-   Strong expertise in **Java**, **Spring Boot**, Spring Framework, Spring Data JPA, and RESTful API development.
-   Proven hands-on experience with **ReactJS** and modern front-end development using JavaScript and TypeScript.
-   Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web application development.
-   Experience designing and implementing Microservices Architecture.
-   Hands-on experience with **Apache Kafka** and event-driven application development.
-   Experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud services and cloud-native applications.
-   Strong understanding of relational databases, particularly MS SQL Server, and database optimization.
-   Familiarity with **Kubernetes**, Docker, API integration, and containerized deployments is an advantage.
-   Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
-   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
-   Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or other enterprise application environments is a plus.
