• Strong hands-on experience in **SAM Pro**  
• Software Asset Lifecycle & License Management  
• License **Compliance & Reconciliation**  
• Software Entitlement, Normalization & License Metrics  
• CMDB & ITAM processes  
• JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts & Script Includes  
• Flow Designer / Workflows  
• REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub & MID Server  
• End-to-End **SAM Implementation / Migration**  
• **CSA Certification – Mandatory**

Good to Have:** CIS-SAM, HAM/ITAM, Discovery, CMDB, CSDM, FinOps
