We are looking for an experienced and hands-on **AI Process Manager** to identify business processes that can be transformed through artificial intelligence and build practical **AI-powered solutions, intelligent agents, and automated workflows**.

The role will focus on applying AI across **order management, logistics, warehouse operations, CRM, and other business processes** to reduce manual intervention, improve operational efficiency, and enable intelligent information flow between systems and teams.

## Requirements

Key Responsibilities

-   Design, build, and implement **AI agents and AI-powered workflows** for real-world business processes.
-   Develop intelligent agents capable of interpreting business information, applying rules and context, and triggering appropriate actions.
-   Identify repetitive and manual processes that can be partially or fully automated using AI.
-   Build multi-step agentic workflows that interact with business systems, retrieve information, and initiate downstream actions.
-   Develop AI-driven workflows for **upcoming and incoming orders**, including monitoring requirements and triggering operational activities.
-   Automate the flow of relevant order information to **warehouse, logistics, and other operational teams**.
-   Develop AI solutions that identify exceptions, inconsistencies, delays, and potential issues across the order lifecycle.
-   Integrate AI solutions with **Zoho CRM and other business applications**.
-   Work with APIs, webhooks, integrations, and technical teams to connect AI workflows with existing systems.
-   Analyse warehouse and logistics processes and identify opportunities for intelligent automation and coordination.
-   Develop AI-powered workflows that provide operational teams with the information required to process upcoming orders efficiently.
-   Design intelligent exception-handling workflows that identify situations requiring human intervention.
-   Map existing business processes and design **AI-first future-state workflows**.
-   Assess which activities should be handled by AI, automation, or human teams based on business impact and feasibility.
-   Evaluate emerging **LLMs, AI agent frameworks, orchestration platforms, and automation tools** for business applications.
-   Experiment with and implement LLM-based solutions, autonomous agents, and intelligent workflows.
-   Monitor the accuracy, reliability, performance, and business impact of deployed AI solutions.
-   Establish appropriate **human-in-the-loop** processes for workflows requiring validation or approval.
-   Continuously optimise AI solutions based on performance data, exceptions, and stakeholder feedback.
-   Identify and prioritise new AI transformation opportunities as the business scales.

What Makes You a Great Fit

-   **5+ years of overall professional experience**, including at least **3+ years of hands-on AI / Generative AI experience**.
-   Proven experience building and implementing **AI agents in professional or business environments**.
-   Strong experience developing AI-powered workflows capable of performing multi-step tasks and interacting with business systems.
-   Strong understanding of **LLMs, Generative AI, prompt engineering, agent architecture, and agentic workflows**.
-   Experience integrating AI solutions with **CRM, ERP, order-management, or other enterprise applications**.
-   Hands-on experience with **Zoho CRM** or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable.
-   Good understanding of **APIs, webhooks, system integrations, and third-party software connectivity**.
-   Proven ability to take AI solutions from **concept → development → implementation → optimisation**.
-   Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to identify where AI can deliver measurable operational value.
-   Experience with **OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLM APIs** is an advantage.
-   Experience with AI agent frameworks, orchestration platforms, or automation tools such as **n8n, Make, Zapier, or Power Automate** is desirable.
-   Basic programming or scripting skills, particularly **Python**, are an advantage.
-   Experience working with structured and unstructured business data.
-   Exposure to **D2C, e-commerce, retail, FMCG, distribution, supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or ERP environments** is preferred.
-   Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
-   Ability to work hands-on, experiment rapidly, and translate emerging AI capabilities into practical business solutions.
