We are seeking a Foreign Accounting Executive to join our expert accounting team that manages international financial operations spanning Canada, the USA, and India. The ideal applicant will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to effectively handle financial records, compliance, reporting, and coordination tasks.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Accurately maintain financial records and accounting transactions
-   Oversee cash flow and manage invoice-related financial activities
-   Support budgeting processes and financial forecasting
-   Ensure adherence to GST, taxation, and statutory regulations in Canada, USA, and India
-   Collaborate with tax professionals and assist with tax planning
-   Prepare financial statements such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports
-   Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance
-   Maintain internal controls and assist with financial auditing
-   Generate and maintain daily MIS reports
-   Address client inquiries and liaise with internal teams
-   Guarantee accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of all tasks
-   Efficiently handle day-to-day accounting and operational functions

### Required Skills:

-   Strong understanding of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting
-   Practical experience using Tally, Excel, and other accounting software
-   Knowledge of GST, Taxation, and Financial Compliance requirements
-   Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination abilities
-   High numerical accuracy and proficient data management skills
-   Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a professional setting

### Candidate Profile:

-   Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
-   At least 2.5 years of relevant accounting experience
-   Preferably experienced in foreign or multi-country accounting procedures
-   Preference for candidates with a stable employment history
-   Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
