We are looking for an experienced **Senior Pre-Sales Engineer** to serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise clients, helping them understand, evaluate, integrate, and adopt technology solutions. The role combines **technical consulting, API integrations, Proof of Concept (POC) delivery, solution demonstrations, and customer engagement**.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in enterprise SaaS, RESTful APIs, and software integrations, along with the communication and problem-solving skills needed to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.

## Requirements

Key Responsibilities

-   Own and manage end-to-end **Proof of Concept (POC)** engagements, including technical setup, implementation, integration, testing, and client coordination.
-   Conduct tailored technical demonstrations and solution presentations aligned with customer requirements and business use cases.
-   Serve as the primary technical point of contact for prospective and existing clients across evaluation, implementation, and post-sales stages.
-   Provide technical consulting to help clients assess product capabilities, integration requirements, and solution suitability.
-   Support customers with **REST API integrations, SDK implementation, authentication workflows, and troubleshooting**.
-   Work with HTTP, JavaScript, JSON, OAuth, SQL, and related technologies to diagnose and resolve integration issues.
-   Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to address technical challenges and deliver suitable solutions.
-   Translate customer requirements into technical specifications, implementation plans, and solution recommendations.
-   Conduct product training sessions, technical account reviews, and client meetings to improve product understanding and adoption.
-   Build strong customer relationships through proactive technical guidance and timely issue resolution.
-   Collect customer feedback, document feature requests, and coordinate enhancements with Product and Engineering teams.
-   Identify opportunities to improve implementation efficiency, product utilisation, and customer experience.
-   Support customer retention and renewal initiatives by demonstrating product value and addressing technical concerns.
-   Maintain technical documentation, integration guides, POC outcomes, and solution-related records.

What Makes You a Great Fit

-   **8+ years of overall professional experience**, including at least 3 years in Pre-Sales Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Support Engineering.
-   Strong experience with **B2B enterprise software, SaaS platforms, payments, fintech, or mobile technology**.
-   Hands-on knowledge of **RESTful APIs, HTTP, JavaScript, JSON, OAuth, and SQL**.
-   Proven ability to lead POCs, technical evaluations, client integrations, and onboarding engagements.
-   Experience delivering technical demonstrations and translating customer requirements into practical solutions.
-   Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical problem-solving skills.
-   Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior decision-makers.
-   Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder-management, and customer relationship skills.
-   Ability to manage multiple client engagements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-   Experience with **Android or iOS SDK integrations** is an advantage.
-   Exposure to fraud prevention, device intelligence, identity verification, risk management, payment technologies, or enterprise security is desirable.
-   A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
