We are looking for a talented **Circuit Design Engineer** with **1–5 years of experience** in high-speed analog and mixed-signal IC design. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in **SerDes (Serializer/Deserializer)** circuit design and **FinFET technology**, with a strong understanding of advanced semiconductor processes. In this role, you will contribute to the design, simulation, optimization, and validation of high-performance circuits used in next-generation communication, networking, computing, and data center applications.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including layout, verification, physical design, and product engineering to develop innovative and reliable silicon solutions that meet performance, power, and area (PPA) targets.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop high-speed analog and mixed-signal circuits for SerDes applications.
- Architect, simulate, and optimize critical circuit blocks such as transmitters, receivers, equalizers, clock distribution, bias circuits, PLLs, DLLs, and data recovery circuits.
- Perform transistor-level circuit design and optimization using advanced **FinFET process technologies**.
- Conduct schematic design, pre-layout and post-layout simulations, and corner analysis to ensure robust circuit performance.
- Analyze circuit performance across process, voltage, and temperature (PVT) variations.
- Collaborate with layout engineers to ensure high-quality physical implementation while minimizing parasitics and improving signal integrity.
- Work closely with verification and characterization teams to debug silicon issues and improve design quality.
- Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and documentation throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Optimize designs for power consumption, speed, area, and manufacturability.
- Stay updated with emerging semiconductor technologies and industry best practices in high-speed circuit design.

### Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, VLSI, or a related discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in analog, mixed-signal, or high-speed circuit design.
- Strong understanding of CMOS analog circuit fundamentals and semiconductor device physics.
- Experience working on advanced semiconductor process nodes, particularly **FinFET technologies**.
- Familiarity with the complete IC design flow from specification to silicon validation.

### Must-Have Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in **SerDes circuit design**.
- Practical experience designing circuits using **FinFET process technology**.
- Expertise in transistor-level analog and mixed-signal circuit design.
- Strong understanding of high-speed signaling, timing analysis, and signal integrity.
- Experience with SPICE-based circuit simulation and analysis.
- Knowledge of PVT analysis, Monte Carlo simulations, and design optimization techniques.
- Proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, or equivalent.
- Understanding of layout-dependent effects, parasitic extraction, and post-layout verification.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.

### Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with PLL, DLL, CDR, ADC, DAC, or equalizer circuit design.
- Exposure to high-speed interface standards such as PCIe, Ethernet, USB, DDR, or MIPI.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or TCL for design automation.
- Familiarity with silicon bring-up, characterization, and lab validation.
- Understanding of low-power design methodologies and reliability analysis.
- Exposure to EM/IR analysis and ESD-aware circuit design.
