We are looking for an experienced **BMS Engineer** with strong expertise in **HVAC Controls, HVAC Design, Building Automation, Johnson Systems, and Building Management Systems (BMS)**. The role requires a technically strong professional who can manage the design, implementation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of BMS and HVAC control solutions for commercial and industrial building environments.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with building automation systems, HVAC equipment, control strategies, field devices, and integrated building systems. You will collaborate with engineering, project, electrical, mechanical, facility, and commissioning teams to ensure that BMS solutions are designed and delivered according to project specifications, operational requirements, and industry standards.

This position requires strong problem-solving skills, hands-on technical knowledge, and the ability to manage BMS activities throughout the project lifecycle, from design and engineering through installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Design, develop, and implement **BMS and HVAC control solutions** for commercial and industrial building projects.
-   Prepare and review HVAC control philosophies, sequences of operation, control schematics, points lists, and system architecture.
-   Work extensively with **HVAC Controls, Building Automation Systems, and BMS** platforms.
-   Configure and support **Johnson Controls/Johnson Systems** and associated BMS components.
-   Develop control strategies for HVAC equipment including AHUs, FCUs, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, VAVs, and associated systems.
-   Review HVAC design requirements and ensure control systems are aligned with mechanical and building services designs.
-   Coordinate with HVAC, electrical, mechanical, MEP, project, and commissioning teams to resolve technical issues.
-   Support BMS panel design, controller selection, I/O allocation, field device integration, and control logic development.
-   Manage BMS installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and system validation activities.
-   Review technical drawings, wiring diagrams, equipment schedules, control narratives, and project specifications.
-   Integrate BMS with HVAC equipment and other building systems using relevant communication protocols and interfaces.
-   Identify system performance issues and implement corrective measures to improve reliability and energy efficiency.
-   Participate in site inspections, functional testing, point-to-point checks, and commissioning activities.
-   Prepare technical documentation, commissioning reports, test records, and project handover documents.
-   Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
-   Ensure BMS installations and control solutions comply with project requirements, safety standards, and applicable industry practices.

### What's Makes You a Great Fit

-   9+ years of experience in **BMS, Building Automation, HVAC Controls, or HVAC engineering**.
-   Strong hands-on experience with **HVAC control systems and Building Management Systems**.
-   Solid understanding of **HVAC Design**, equipment operation, control philosophy, and sequences of operation.
-   Experience working with **Johnson Controls/Johnson Systems** or similar BMS platforms.

-   Excellent coordination and communication skills for working with multidisciplinary project teams.
-   Ability to manage multiple technical activities while meeting project timelines and quality expectations.
-   Experience mentoring junior engineers and coordinating vendors or contractors will be an advantage.
