We are seeking an accomplished **Director – Security Products** with **17–26 years of experience** to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of innovative security products that protect enterprise systems, cloud infrastructure, and digital assets. This leadership role requires deep technical expertise in cybersecurity, a strong product mindset, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams in building scalable, resilient, and market-leading security solutions.

As the Director – Security Products, you will define the long-term product vision, oversee product roadmaps, collaborate closely with engineering, security researchers, and business stakeholders, and ensure that security products address evolving cyber threats while meeting customer and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on technical knowledge of cloud security, network architectures, and modern security protocols.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise security solutions.
-   Lead multiple product teams responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing cloud-native security products.
-   Drive innovation in areas such as identity and access management, threat detection, network security, endpoint protection, and data security.
-   Collaborate with engineering, architecture, sales, customer success, and executive leadership to align product priorities with business objectives.
-   Analyze market trends, competitive offerings, customer feedback, and emerging cyber threats to shape future product direction.
-   Ensure security products are scalable, highly available, and capable of protecting complex cloud and hybrid environments.
-   Establish product development best practices, release planning, and lifecycle management processes.
-   Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure high-quality product delivery.
-   Partner with security researchers and incident response teams to rapidly address newly identified vulnerabilities and threats.
-   Mentor senior product managers and technical leaders while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centric thinking.
-   Present product strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

### Required Skills & Qualifications

-   17–26 years of experience in cybersecurity, enterprise software, or security product management, including leadership experience managing large product portfolios.
-   Strong expertise in **Cloud Security**, including securing public, private, and hybrid cloud environments.
-   Deep understanding of **Network Protocols** such as TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, VPN, routing, switching, and network architecture principles.
-   Extensive knowledge of **Security Protocols** including OAuth, SAML, Kerberos, IPSec, TLS, PKI, Zero Trust frameworks, and authentication/authorization mechanisms.
-   Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade security products at scale.
-   Strong understanding of secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC), threat modeling, vulnerability management, and security-by-design principles.
-   Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
-   Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
-   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
-   Outstanding communication and executive presentation skills.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Experience in AI-driven security, threat intelligence platforms, or security analytics.
-   Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, PCI DSS, GDPR, or HIPAA.
-   Familiarity with DevSecOps, Kubernetes security, container security, and infrastructure-as-code security.
-   Experience managing globally distributed product and engineering teams.
-   Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
