We are seeking a **Full Stack Engineer** to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering teams to build end-to-end software solutions, delivering seamless user experiences while developing robust backend systems and APIs.

The ideal candidate has strong expertise across both frontend and backend technologies, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and thrives in a collaborative Agile environment.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

### Full Stack Development

-   Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across the frontend and backend.
-   Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using **HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript**, and modern frontend frameworks such as **React, Angular, or Vue.js**.
-   Develop secure, high-performance backend services, APIs, and microservices using modern server-side technologies.
-   Ensure application scalability, reliability, and maintainability through clean architecture and best coding practices.

### Backend & Database Development

-   Design and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services.
-   Develop and maintain relational and NoSQL database solutions.
-   Optimize database schemas, queries, and application performance.
-   Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms.

### Collaboration & Engineering Excellence

-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
-   Participate in architecture discussions, sprint planning, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
-   Troubleshoot application issues, debug production problems, and implement performance improvements.
-   Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code following industry best practices.

### Cloud & DevOps

-   Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms such as **AWS, Azure, or GCP**.
-   Work with containerization technologies such as **Docker** and **Kubernetes**.
-   Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
-   Monitor application health and contribute to operational excellence.

### Continuous Improvement

-   Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and software development best practices.
-   Contribute to improving engineering processes, development standards, and system architecture.
-   Continuously identify opportunities to enhance application performance, security, and scalability.

### Required Qualifications

-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
-   Proven experience as a **Full Stack Engineer** or Full Stack Developer.
-   Strong proficiency in **HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript**, and modern frontend frameworks such as **React, Angular, or Vue.js**.
-   Experience with server-side programming using **Node.js, Java, Python, C#**, or similar technologies.
-   Strong understanding of RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
-   Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as **MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB**, or similar.
-   Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
-   Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
-   Experience working in Agile software development environments.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Experience with cloud platforms such as **AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)**.
-   Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as **Docker** and **Kubernetes**.
-   Experience with ORM frameworks and database optimization.
-   Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
-   Exposure to distributed systems and scalable application architecture.
