## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Handle **Channel Partner (CP) sourcing** for the assigned market.
-   Should have worked on lunxury projects above 3crores +
-   Develop and maintain strong relationships with CPs.
-   Must have an **active CP network in SoBo / Western Mumbai up to Mira Road, Bhayander**.
-   Identify and onboard new Channel Partners.
-   Generate business through the CP network.
-   Regularly engage with CPs to drive leads, site visits and closures.
-   Achieve assigned sourcing and business targets.

### Requirements:

✅ 3+ year of experience in **Channel Sales / CP Sourcing**  
✅ Strong and active **CP network in SoBo or Western Mumbai till Mira Road or Bhayander**  
✅ Good communication and relationship-building skills  
✅ Target-oriented and business-focused  
✅ Real Estate experience is mandatory
