We are seeking an experienced and visionary **Engineering Manager** to lead high-performing software engineering teams responsible for building scalable, reliable, and enterprise-grade applications. This role is ideal for a technology leader with deep expertise in **Java** and **Spring Boot**, combined with extensive experience in engineering leadership, architecture, delivery management, and people development.

As an Engineering Manager, you will drive technical excellence, mentor engineering teams, and collaborate closely with product, architecture, quality assurance, and DevOps teams to deliver innovative software solutions. You will be responsible for creating an engineering culture focused on quality, ownership, continuous improvement, and operational excellence while ensuring timely delivery of business-critical initiatives.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead, mentor, and manage multiple software engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
-   Design and oversee the development of scalable, secure, and high-availability applications using **Java** and **Spring Boot**.
-   Partner with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
-   Drive technical strategy, architecture decisions, and engineering best practices across multiple projects.
-   Ensure successful execution of software development initiatives while maintaining high standards of code quality, performance, and security.
-   Conduct technical design reviews, code reviews, and architecture discussions to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.

### Required Skills

### Must-Have Skills

-   Strong hands-on experience with **Java** and enterprise application development.
-   Extensive expertise in **Spring Boot**, microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and backend system design.
-   Proven experience leading large engineering teams and managing multiple technical projects simultaneously.
-   Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, distributed systems, and scalable application development.
-   Experience with Agile development methodologies, Scrum, and engineering delivery practices.
-   Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making abilities.
-   Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.

### Good-to-Have Skills

-   Prior experience working as an **Engineering Manager** in large-scale enterprise environments.

### Qualifications
