We are looking for a skilled **Java Full Stack Developer** with 3–12 years of experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in **Java, ReactJS, and Microservices**, with the ability to build scalable, secure, and high-performing applications across the frontend and backend.

You will work closely with product managers, architects, designers, QA engineers, and other developers to design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end software solutions. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, ownership, and a solid understanding of modern software development practices.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications using **Java** and modern frontend technologies.
-   Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using **ReactJS**, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
-   Develop and integrate **RESTful APIs** and backend services using Java-based technologies.
-   Design, implement, and maintain scalable **Microservices** architectures.
-   Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code following established coding standards.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
-   Participate in architecture discussions, technical design, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
-   Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
-   Develop unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability and performance.
-   Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across both frontend and backend components.

### Must-Have Skills

**Java:** Strong hands-on experience with Java and object-oriented programming concepts, including collections, multithreading, exception handling, and design principles.

**ReactJS:** Solid experience building modern, reusable, and responsive user interfaces using ReactJS. Knowledge of component-based architecture, state management, and API integration is expected.

**Microservices:** Strong understanding and practical experience developing and integrating **microservices-based applications**, REST APIs, service communication, and distributed application concepts.

### Good-to-Have Skills

-   **Spring Boot** and the broader Spring ecosystem.
-   Experience with **Cloud platforms** such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
-   Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
-   Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
-   Understanding of messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
-   Experience with Git and modern development workflows.
-   Knowledge of application security, performance optimization, and distributed systems.

### Requirements

-   **3–12 years of professional software development experience.**
