We are seeking a talented and experienced **Product Designer** with **6–12 years of professional experience** to create intuitive, user-centric, and visually engaging digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in **Product Design** and a proven ability to transform complex business requirements into elegant, functional, and scalable solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Business Stakeholders, to shape products from concept to launch while ensuring exceptional user experiences.

This role requires a combination of design thinking, strategic problem-solving, creativity, and a deep understanding of user behavior. The successful candidate should be comfortable working in fast-paced environments, driving design decisions with data and research, and advocating for users throughout the product development lifecycle.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead end-to-end product design initiatives from discovery and research through wireframing, prototyping, visual design, testing, and implementation.
-   Create intuitive user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile applications.
-   Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to define product requirements and deliver user-focused solutions.
-   Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product improvements.
-   Translate business objectives and customer needs into impactful design solutions with measurable outcomes.
-   Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components to ensure consistency across products.
-   Present design concepts, rationale, and recommendations to stakeholders and incorporate constructive feedback effectively.
-   Work with development teams during implementation to ensure pixel-perfect execution and design quality.
-   Continuously improve product experiences through data-driven insights, experimentation, and iterative design practices.
-   Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital product design.

### Must-Have Skills

-   Strong expertise in **Product Design** with a portfolio demonstrating impactful digital product experiences.
-   Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.
-   Experience designing complex web and mobile applications across multiple platforms.
-   Proficiency in creating wireframes, user journeys, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
-   Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, responsive design, and interaction design principles.
-   Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in agile product environments.
-   Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail and consistency.
-   Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
-   Experience using modern design and prototyping tools and working with design systems.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or a related field.
-   Experience working on consumer-facing or enterprise SaaS products.
-   Familiarity with user research methodologies and data-informed design decisions.
-   Exposure to design systems, accessibility standards, and product analytics.
-   Experience collaborating with distributed or global product teams.
