We are looking for talented **Full-Stack Engineers** to build intelligent, workflow-driven interfaces that help planners and supply chain users make faster and better decisions.

This role offers opportunities across **SDE-2, Senior, and Staff levels**, with increasing scope, ownership, technical influence, and responsibility. At every level, you will remain hands-on—designing, building, shipping, and operating products across the **frontend and backend stack**.

You will work on rich, reactive user experiences, backend services, real-time systems, and complex workflows while helping shape engineering patterns and product experiences.

## Requirements

Key Responsibilities

-   Design and build high-quality **React and TypeScript** interfaces for complex workflows and user interactions.
-   Develop scalable backend services, APIs, data models, and persistence layers.
-   Own features end-to-end across the frontend and backend stack.
-   Build systems supporting **long-running workflows, state management, approvals, error handling, and fallback strategies**.
-   Implement real-time and asynchronous experiences using **WebSockets, Server-Sent Events (SSE), streaming, and event-driven workflows**.
-   Enable live updates, progress tracking, partial results, and responsive user experiences.
-   Design workflows that allow users to review, approve, override, or intervene in automated system decisions.
-   Optimize frontend rendering, backend queries, caching, throughput, and overall system performance.
-   Build reliable systems with appropriate **monitoring, observability, error handling, and resilience**.
-   Write clean, testable, maintainable, and production-ready code.
-   Participate actively in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
-   Mentor junior engineers and support technical growth across the team at Senior and Staff levels.
-   Define reusable frontend patterns, backend abstractions, and engineering standards.
-   Collaborate with product, frontend, backend, data, and platform teams to resolve technical and architectural challenges.
-   Make informed trade-offs around **latency, consistency, scalability, reliability, and user experience**.
-   Contribute to system evaluation, testing, performance improvement, and production readiness.
-   At Staff level, drive broader technical direction, architecture decisions, and organization-wide engineering initiatives.

What Makes You a Great Fit

-   **5+ years of professional experience** in full-stack software development, with strong experience across frontend and backend systems.
-   Strong hands-on expertise in **React and TypeScript**.
-   Proven experience designing and developing **APIs, backend services, databases, and production-grade applications**.
-   Strong understanding of complex workflows, state management, persistence, queues, caching, authentication, and scalable service design.
-   Experience building **real-time or asynchronous applications** using WebSockets, SSE, streaming, event-driven architectures, or similar technologies.
-   Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, reliability, performance, and observability.
-   Experience designing responsive interfaces for complex user journeys, workflows, approvals, and state transitions.
-   Strong product thinking with the ability to consider **edge cases, user control, usability, and technical trade-offs**.
-   Ability to work independently across the frontend-backend boundary and take ownership of features from design through production.
-   Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical decisions and trade-offs.
-   Experience working collaboratively with product, engineering, data, and platform teams.
-   Strong testing, debugging, performance optimization, and code-quality practices.
-   For **Senior-level roles**, experience independently designing production-grade systems, making architectural decisions, and mentoring engineers is expected.
-   For **Staff-level roles**, proven experience designing large-scale systems, establishing technical patterns, resolving architectural ambiguity, and providing organization-level technical leadership is expected.
-   Experience in **fintech, logistics, supply chain, or other high-stakes domains** is an advantage.
-   Familiarity with system evaluation and testing frameworks, real-time UI updates, streaming data, or developer tooling is a plus.
-   Contributions to open-source projects or internal engineering tools are a plus.
-   Experience scaling systems from early-stage products to mature platforms is particularly valuable for Staff-level candidates.
