We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer with a strong foundation in test automation and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and executing automated test frameworks for web applications and APIs while ensuring the reliability, stability, and performance of business-critical systems.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cucumber, along with strong problem-solving abilities and an eagerness to learn complex business workflows. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with engineering teams, contribute to quality initiatives, and help build scalable testing practices in a fast-paced technology environment.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web applications, APIs, and end-to-end business workflows.
-   Enhance and support existing automation frameworks to improve test coverage, reliability, and execution efficiency.
-   Convert manual test cases into reusable and scalable automated test scenarios.
-   Execute regression, functional, integration, and API test suites while analyzing and reporting test results.
-   Identify, document, track, and validate defects through resolution using defect management tools.
-   Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and senior QA engineers to understand system architecture and business requirements.
-   Validate API functionality using tools such as Postman and automated testing frameworks.
-   Participate in test planning, requirement reviews, and quality assurance activities throughout the development lifecycle.
-   Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for testing processes, frameworks, and quality standards.
-   Support CI/CD integration of automated test suites to enable faster and more reliable software releases.

### What Makes You a Great Fit

-   Experience in QA Automation with hands-on expertise in Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, or similar automation frameworks.
-   Strong programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript for developing and maintaining automated tests.
-   Knowledge of API testing, automation strategies, and quality assurance best practices.
-   Familiarity with tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, Jira, and modern testing ecosystems.
-   Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
-   Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in Agile development environments.
-   Understanding of software testing methodologies, defect lifecycle management, and automation frameworks.
-   Exposure to Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), or related domains is an added advantage.
-   Self-driven mindset with a strong willingness to learn new technologies, business processes, and automation techniques.
