We are seeking a diligent and safety-conscious Safety Steward to ensure strict adherence to safety standards across construction sites. The role focuses on monitoring site activities, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring a hazard-free working environment for all personnel involved in ongoing construction projects.

This position is critical in maintaining compliance with statutory safety regulations and internal safety policies while actively contributing to a culture of safety awareness and risk prevention on-site.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Monitor and enforce safety standards and protocols across construction sites.
-   Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and unsafe practices.
-   Ensure all workers adhere to PPE usage and safety procedures at all times.
-   Assist in conducting safety inductions, briefings, and toolbox talks for site workers.
-   Report unsafe conditions, incidents, and near-misses, and ensure timely corrective actions.
-   Maintain accurate safety documentation, checklists, incident reports, and compliance records.
-   Support emergency preparedness activities, including evacuation drills and response planning.
-   Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth safety compliance.
-   Ensure adherence to all statutory safety regulations and organizational safety guidelines.
-   Contribute to continuous improvement of safety processes and risk mitigation measures.

### What Makes You a Great Fit

-   2–4 years of experience in construction, real estate, or infrastructure project environments.
-   Strong understanding of construction site safety practices and regulatory requirements.
-   Certification in OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent safety programs is highly preferred.
-   Ability to identify workplace hazards and implement preventive safety measures.
-   Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with site teams and contractors.
-   Basic proficiency in safety documentation, reporting, and MS Office tools.
-   Strong observation skills with a proactive approach to risk identification.
-   Ability to work in a physically active, site-based environment.
-   Detail-oriented mindset with strong focus on compliance and discipline.
-   Candidates with exposure to high-rise residential or commercial projects will be preferred.
