We are seeking a passionate individual contributor to join our core engineering team and assist us in developing our products and platform from the ground up. The ideal candidate will become an integral member of a talented tech team focused on revolutionizing the Indian consumer fintech sector. You will be accountable for the entire product lifecycle, encompassing requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-deployment monitoring.

## Requirements

**Requirements:**

-   2 to 4 years of solid individual contributor experience as a software engineer
-   In-depth understanding of object-oriented programming principles
-   Bachelor's, Master's, or higher degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field
-   Proficient knowledge of data structures and algorithms, with an awareness of design trade-offs
-   Strong expertise in Java and hands-on experience with the Spring Framework
-   Experience working with large-scale, innovative internet startups and companies
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-   A keen enthusiasm for debugging and identifying hidden issues before they affect end-users in production
-   A strong sense of ownership, a reliable work ethic, and the ability to be a responsible team member
