We are looking for a highly analytical and market-oriented Fund Manager to oversee and expand a Category III Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) specializing in long-short equity strategies. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in portfolio management, derivatives, hedging strategies, risk management, and ensuring regulatory compliance in accordance with SEBI AIF guidelines.

## Requirements

### Essential Qualifications

-   NISM Series XIX-E or C Certification (_Mandatory and Non-Negotiable_)

### Primary Responsibilities

-   Oversee long-short equity portfolios and formulate investment strategies.
-   Execute trades and track portfolio performance continuously.
-   Deploy derivatives-based hedging and risk management techniques.
-   Compile investor reports, NAV disclosures, and provide fund updates.
-   Maintain adherence to SEBI Category III AIF regulatory requirements.
