## Requirements

We are looking to recruit a **Finance Executive** who will be instrumental in providing financial insights and aiding business decision-making. This role is predominantly finance-oriented, emphasizing MIS, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, while also including basic accounting support.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Develop and manage MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for management review
-   Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
-   Conduct comprehensive ratio analyses to assess financial health and operational efficiency
-   Perform variance analysis comparing budget versus actuals and provide key findings
-   Evaluate financial data to derive actionable business recommendations
-   Track costing, profitability, and other critical financial metrics
-   Create and maintain Excel-based dashboards, reports, and financial models
-   Provide data-driven support to leadership for informed decision-making

### Required Skills & Competencies:

-   Fundamental knowledge of MIS reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
-   Practical experience in financial analysis, ratio analysis, and variance reporting
-   Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, etc.)
-   Basic understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations
-   Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

### **Qualification:**

-   MBA in Finance / PGDM (Finance)
-   OR CA Inter (IPCC) / Semi-qualified CA (with at least one group cleared)
-   OR B.Com / BBA (Finance) / Graduation in Commerce or a related discipline  
    

**Who Should Apply?**

-   For CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA candidates:  
    Fresh graduates or individuals with limited experience in MIS Reporting will be considered
-   For MBA / B.Com / BBA / Other graduate applicants:  
    At least 1–2 years of experience in MIS, FP&A, or other finance roles is preferred
-   Professionals with strong Excel skills and a solid background in data analysis
-   Candidates interested in transitioning into a core finance and business insights role rather than pure accounting
