We are looking for an experienced **Area Manager** to oversee education loan business operations across assigned territories. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in education loan sales, business development, team management, and market expansion within the financial services or lending industry.

## Requirements

## Key Responsibilities

-   Drive education loan business growth across the assigned geographical territory.
-   Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue objectives.
-   Manage relationships with educational institutions, consultants, channel partners, and other key stakeholders.
-   Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer and partner network.
-   Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and regional targets.
-   Monitor business performance, sales pipelines, and loan disbursement activities.
-   Ensure effective coordination with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for smooth loan processing.
-   Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
-   Track market trends, competitor activities, and regional business opportunities.
