We are seeking a forward-thinking AI Architect to spearhead the design and deployment of Agentic AI, Generative AI (GenAI), and Large Language Model (LLM)-powered solutions within enterprise applications. The perfect candidate will connect research with production by establishing AI strategies, architectures, and scalable model pipelines that drive transformative business results.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Design and architect comprehensive AI systems utilizing LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic AI frameworks from start to finish.
-   Define AI/ML solution architectures, covering data ingestion, model training, orchestration, and deployment on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
-   Engage in prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and fine-tuning of both open-source and proprietary LLMs.
-   Collaborate closely with Data Scientists, MLOps Engineers, and Software Developers to implement AI solutions in production settings.
-   Create and deploy AI agent workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, or Semantic Kernel.
-   Promote responsible AI practices with an emphasis on security, compliance, governance, and ethical AI use.
-   Establish AI observability and governance frameworks to track model drift, bias, performance, and reliability.
-   Assess new GenAI tools, multimodal AI technologies, and Agentic AI features for potential enterprise integration.
-   Offer technical leadership and mentorship to AI teams through architecture reviews and the promotion of best practices.
-   Lead scalable deployment strategies for enterprise AI applications, including copilots, chatbots, document intelligence, and AI assistants.

**Required Skills:**

-   Over 10 years of software development experience, with a minimum of 4 years focused on AI/ML/Generative AI architecture.
-   Advanced proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
-   In-depth knowledge of transformer-based models including GPT, BERT, T5, LLaMA, Claude, Gemini, and others.
-   Demonstrated expertise in LLM integration, prompt engineering, RAG, and vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, and Milvus.
-   Practical experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI, or Azure OpenAI services.
-   Comprehensive understanding of MLOps pipelines, CI/CD processes, model deployment, and AI infrastructure.
-   Experience working with AI platforms such as Azure ML, SageMaker, Vertex AI, or their equivalents.
-   Strong familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architecture principles.
-   Proven track record integrating Generative AI solutions into enterprise-level applications.
-   Excellent communication, architectural design, stakeholder management, and solution development skills.
