We are seeking an experienced **IAM Support / Identity & Access Management Analyst** with **8–13 years of experience** to join our Identity and Security team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in **Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC)**.

This role will be responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise identity and access management environments while ensuring secure, reliable, and seamless access to applications and resources. The candidate should be comfortable working in complex enterprise environments, handling escalations, investigating authentication issues, and collaborating with infrastructure, security, application, and engineering teams.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide **L2/L3 IAM support** for enterprise identity, authentication, authorization, and access-related issues.
-   Administer and troubleshoot **Okta** environments, including user lifecycle, application integrations, SSO, MFA, policies, and access configurations.
-   Support **Okta Access Gateway (OAG)** integrations and troubleshoot authentication and connectivity issues.
-   Manage and support **Microsoft Entra ID** environments, including users, groups, enterprise applications, authentication methods, and identity configurations.
-   Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot **Conditional Access** policies and access controls.
-   Support **Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)** implementations and resolve authentication, enrollment, and policy-related issues.
-   Troubleshoot **Single Sign-On (SSO)** integrations across enterprise and third-party applications.
-   Configure and troubleshoot federation protocols including **SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC)**.
-   Analyze authentication logs, access failures, token-related issues, and federation errors to identify root causes.
-   Handle IAM incidents, service requests, and escalations while meeting defined SLAs.
-   Collaborate with application owners and engineering teams to onboard applications into Okta and Entra ID.
-   Support identity lifecycle processes including provisioning, deprovisioning, role changes, and access reviews.
-   Maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, IAM procedures, and knowledge-base articles.
-   Participate in IAM improvements, automation initiatives, security enhancements, and platform upgrades.

### Must-Have Skills

-   **8–13 years of experience** in IAM, Identity Engineering, IAM Support, or Identity & Access Management.
-   Strong hands-on experience with **Okta** and enterprise IAM administration.
-   Experience with **Okta Access Gateway (OAG)**.
-   Strong expertise in **Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)**.
-   Hands-on experience with **Conditional Access** policies.
-   Strong understanding of **MFA / Multi-Factor Authentication** and **SSO / Single Sign-On**.
-   Strong working knowledge of **SAML 2.0** and troubleshooting SAML-based integrations.
-   Experience with **OAuth 2.0** and **OpenID Connect (OIDC)**.
-   Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills across authentication and access issues.
-   Experience supporting enterprise applications and complex identity integrations.
-   Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

### Good-to-Have Skills

-   Experience with IAM automation and scripting using **PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies**.
-   Knowledge of identity governance, access reviews, and privileged access management.
-   Experience with ITIL-based incident and change-management processes.
-   Familiarity with security monitoring, audit requirements, and identity-related compliance controls.
-   Experience working in large-scale enterprise or hybrid-cloud environments.

### Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred.
