### **Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced **Senior Software Developer** to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in at least one of the following technology stacks: **React, Node.js, Java, or Database Development**. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

## Requirements

### **Role & Responsibilities**

-   Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications.
-   Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using your area of expertise (React, Node.js, Java, or Database).
-   Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
-   Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
-   Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
-   Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
-   Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product teams.
-   Optimize application performance and database queries where applicable.
-   Participate in software architecture and technical design discussions.
-   Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

### **Preferred Candidate Profile**

-   Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-   5–8 years of software development experience.
-   Strong expertise in **any one or more** of the following:

-   React.js
-   Node.js
-   Java
-   Database Development (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)

-   Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.
-   Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.
-   Familiarity with Git and Agile development methodologies.
-   Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
-   Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
