Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking an experienced **CAE Modeler / Meshing Engineer** to develop high-quality finite element (FE) models and perform advanced meshing activities for automotive engineering applications. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in **ANSA**, CAE model preparation, and structural meshing who are passionate about delivering accurate simulation-ready models that support vehicle design, validation, and performance optimization.

As a CAE Modeler / Meshing Engineer, you will collaborate closely with CAE analysts, design engineers, and product development teams to prepare simulation models for automotive structures. You will play a critical role in geometry cleanup, FE model development, 2D/3D meshing, and ensuring models meet quality standards required for structural, crash, durability, and NVH simulations.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

- Develop high-quality finite element (FE) models for automotive components and assemblies using **ANSA**.
- Perform geometry cleanup, defeaturing, and model preparation to ensure simulation-ready CAD data.
- Generate accurate **2D and 3D meshes** while adhering to established meshing quality criteria and engineering standards.
- Build and maintain CAE models for automotive Body-in-White (BIW), chassis, structural, and related vehicle components.
- Validate mesh quality, element connectivity, and model integrity before simulation handover.
- Collaborate with CAE analysts and design teams to understand simulation requirements and implement appropriate modeling techniques.
- Resolve geometry-related challenges and optimize FE models to improve simulation accuracy and computational efficiency.
- Maintain model documentation, quality reports, and engineering records throughout the development process.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance modeling efficiency, automation, and best practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality simulation models.

### What Makes You a Great Fit

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in **CAE Modeling**, **FE Model Build**, and automotive meshing activities.
- Strong expertise in **ANSA** for geometry cleanup, FE model preparation, and high-quality mesh generation.
- Proven experience in **2D and 3D meshing** for automotive engineering applications.
- Strong understanding of finite element modeling principles, meshing quality criteria, and CAE model validation techniques.
- Experience working on **automotive BIW, chassis, structural, or vehicle subsystem** development projects.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, CAD data, and simulation requirements for model preparation.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with attention to engineering quality and accuracy.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with CAE analysts, design engineers, and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in **Mechanical Engineering**, **Automotive Engineering**, or a related discipline.
- Passion for delivering high-quality CAE models that support reliable engineering simulations and product development.
