**We are hiring Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role with a leading and rapidly growing restaurant chain in India and International.** The organization is expanding across India and preparing for **potential IPO readiness over the next 18–24 months**.

**Qualification:** CA mandatory

**Reporting:** MD / CEO

## Requirements

**Key Mandate**

**The CFO will lead:**

• Financial strategy, planning & business performance

• Restaurant-level profitability & cash generation

• Financial reporting, audit, taxation & treasury

• Internal controls, governance & risk management

• Finance systems, ERP / POS integration

• Building and leading the finance function

• **IPO readiness, financial due diligence & capital-market preparation**

**Ideal Profile**

-   CA with **15–20+ years** of leadership experience, preferably from:
-   Restaurant / Hospitality / QSR
-   Retail / FMCG / Consumer
-   Multi-location businesses

**IPO, capital raising, due diligence or listed-company experience will be highly relevant.
