We are looking for an experienced **Quality Assurance Manager** to lead and strengthen quality management across our construction projects. This role is responsible for establishing, implementing, and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring that all civil, MEP, and finishing works comply with project specifications, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate or construction quality management, with a strong focus on quality assurance processes, site audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Develop, implement, and continuously improve the organization's **Quality Management System (QMS)** for construction projects.
-   Establish quality standards and inspection procedures for civil, MEP, and finishing activities.
-   Conduct regular quality audits across active construction sites and ensure compliance with approved quality standards.
-   Issue, monitor, and close **Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)** while driving corrective and preventive actions.
-   Review and approve construction materials by verifying test certificates and conducting physical inspections before use.
-   Witness, document, and validate critical construction tests, including concrete cube tests, pressure tests, hi-pot tests, and other quality inspections.
-   Develop and maintain **Quality Inspection Plans (QIPs)** for all major construction activities.
-   Lead monthly quality review meetings with site management teams and monitor action item closure.
-   Supervise and mentor QA Civil and QA Finishes engineers to ensure consistent quality execution across projects.
-   Track, analyze, and report quality KPIs, audit findings, and improvement initiatives to senior leadership.
-   Ensure compliance with applicable construction codes, safety standards, and quality regulations.
-   Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence across all project teams.

### Required Qualifications

-   Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
-   8+ years of experience in construction quality assurance or quality control within the real estate or infrastructure sector.
-   Proven experience in developing and managing **Quality Management Systems (QMS)**.
-   Strong knowledge of construction quality standards covering civil, MEP, and finishing works.
-   Experience conducting quality audits, inspections, and managing NCR processes.
-   Familiarity with construction material testing, quality documentation, and inspection procedures.
-   Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, testing protocols, and regulatory compliance.
-   Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
-   Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
