We are seeking an experienced **Senior Automation Architect** to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise-scale test automation frameworks across complex applications and platforms. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive expertise in automation architecture, quality engineering, and performance testing who are passionate about building scalable, reliable, and high-performing automation solutions.

As a Senior Automation Architect, you will define automation strategies, establish engineering best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software at scale. You will play a critical role in modernizing test automation capabilities, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, improving test coverage, and driving continuous quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Define and implement enterprise-wide automation testing strategies and frameworks for web, API, and performance testing.
-   Design scalable and maintainable automation solutions using Java, Selenium WebDriver, Rest Assured, and related technologies.
-   Lead the development and optimization of automated functional, regression, integration, and performance test suites.
-   Integrate automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and modern DevOps practices.
-   Collaborate with development, DevOps, product, and QA teams to embed quality throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
-   Drive performance testing initiatives using tools such as JMeter and Gatling to validate application scalability and reliability.
-   Establish automation standards, coding guidelines, reusable components, and quality engineering best practices.
-   Mentor automation engineers, conduct technical reviews, and provide architectural guidance across multiple projects.
-   Support cloud-based testing initiatives and automation deployments on AWS environments.
-   Continuously evaluate emerging automation tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve testing efficiency and software quality.

### What Makes You a Great Fit

-   15+ years of experience in Software Testing, Test Automation, or Quality Engineering with significant experience in automation architecture.
-   Strong hands-on expertise in **Java**, **Selenium WebDriver**, **Rest Assured**, and enterprise automation framework development.
-   Proven experience integrating automation with **Jenkins**, **GitHub Actions**, and CI/CD pipelines.
-   Experience with **JMeter** and **Gatling** for performance and load testing.
-   Solid understanding of **Data Warehousing** concepts and enterprise application testing.
