About you:

-   Possess 3–9 years of experience in developing and delivering high-quality software within dynamic teams.
-   Have at least 4 years of experience working with React, TypeScript, and NodeJS.
-   Write code thoughtfully, with care and pride, always considering the next person who will read it.
-   Have successfully launched real products at scale and understand what is required to keep them maintainable.
-   Approach tasks like a product engineer: focusing not only on “what works” but also on “what is delightful” and “what is essential.”
-   Are skilled at disagreeing and committing, giving and receiving feedback, and working collaboratively as part of a team.
-   Engage in side projects, open-source contributions, or in-depth explorations driven by your passion.
