We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Recruitment Specialist** with 2–6 years of experience in talent acquisition, specializing in **End-to-End Recruitment** and **IT Recruitment**. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top technology talent while managing the complete recruitment lifecycle. This role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Manage the complete **end-to-end recruitment** process, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
-   Handle **IT recruitment** for various technical positions such as Software Engineers, Full Stack Developers, DevOps Engineers, QA Engineers, Data Engineers, Product Managers, Cloud Engineers, and other technology roles.
-   Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs, define job requirements, and create effective recruitment strategies.
-   Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, professional networks, social media, and internal databases.
-   Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' technical expertise, communication skills, experience, and cultural fit.
-   Coordinate technical interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
-   Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technology professionals for current and future hiring needs.
-   Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and documentation while ensuring a smooth hiring experience.
-   Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
-   Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring quality.
-   Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, hiring standards, and employment regulations.

### Must-Have Skills

-   Strong experience in **End-to-End Recruitment**, managing the complete hiring lifecycle independently.
-   Hands-on expertise in **IT Recruitment** with experience hiring for technical and engineering roles.
-   Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search, referrals, and social media platforms.
-   Strong understanding of technical roles, software development technologies, and current hiring trends.
-   Experience in candidate screening, interview coordination, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation.
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
-   Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously while meeting recruitment timelines.

### Good-to-Have Skills

-   Prior experience working as a **Recruiter** in a technology-focused organization, recruitment agency, or staffing firm.

-   Experience with employer branding initiatives and talent engagement activities.
-   Knowledge of recruitment best practices, market mapping, and passive candidate sourcing.

### Qualifications

-   Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
-   **2–6 years** of professional experience in recruitment, with significant exposure to IT hiring.
-   Demonstrated success in closing technical positions across multiple experience levels and technology stacks.
-   Certifications in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR practices are an added advantage.
