We are seeking an experienced **Technical Lead** to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, cloud-native software solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in **Java, Spring Boot, microservices, distributed systems, and AWS**, combined with the leadership skills to mentor engineering teams and drive technical excellence.

As a Technical Lead, you will play a key role in defining system architecture, leading end-to-end software development, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality applications. Working closely with product managers, architects, DevOps engineers, and cross-functional teams, you will build resilient, high-performance systems while fostering engineering best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead, mentor, and guide software engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
-   Design and implement secure, scalable, and cloud-native system architectures using modern engineering principles.
-   Develop and maintain backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
