We are seeking a skilled **Power Platform Developer** with strong expertise in **Accela** to design, develop, and maintain scalable digital solutions that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience building enterprise applications, workflow automation, and system integrations using Microsoft Power Platform while working with Accela-based solutions.

As a Power Platform Developer, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly applications. You will be responsible for developing end-to-end solutions, automating workflows, integrating enterprise systems, and ensuring high-quality implementations that align with business objectives and best practices.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Design, develop, and implement business applications using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
-   Configure, customize, and integrate **Accela** solutions to support permitting, licensing, inspections, and other business processes.
-   Develop automated workflows and process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
-   Build and maintain integrations between Power Platform, Accela, and other enterprise systems using APIs, connectors, and data services.
-   Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
-   Perform application testing, debugging, deployment, and ongoing maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
