We are looking for a skilled and motivated **Java Full Stack Developer** with 3–6 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with **Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, and React**, along with a solid understanding of modern software development practices.

You will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other developers to build reliable, high-performance applications and contribute across the full software development lifecycle.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using **Java and Spring Boot**.
-   Develop and maintain **RESTful APIs and microservices** using Spring Boot and related Java technologies.
-   Build responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using **React** and modern frontend development practices.
-   Design modular, loosely coupled, and scalable **microservices-based architectures**.
-   Integrate frontend applications with backend services and third-party APIs.
-   Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code following established coding standards.
-   Work with databases to design schemas, write queries, and optimize application performance.
-   Participate in code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
-   Develop unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability and quality.
-   Identify and resolve production issues while ensuring application stability and availability.
-   Contribute to technical discussions, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
-   Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

### Good-to-Have Skills

-   Strong hands-on experience with **Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, and React**.
-   Good understanding of **object-oriented programming, design patterns, and Java fundamentals**.
-   Experience building and consuming **REST APIs** and working with distributed systems.
-   Familiarity with Spring ecosystem technologies such as **Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security**.
-   Experience with relational databases such as **MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle**.
-   Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as **MongoDB or Redis** is an advantage.
-   Familiarity with messaging technologies such as **Kafka or RabbitMQ**.
-   Understanding of frontend technologies including **JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3**.
-   Experience with Git-based version control and collaborative development workflows.
-   Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as **Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD**.
-   Exposure to cloud platforms such as **AWS, Azure, or GCP** is desirable.
-   Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes will be an added advantage.
-   Understanding of Agile development methodologies and software engineering best practices.

### Required Qualifications

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
-   **3–6 years of professional software development experience**.
-   Strong practical experience in **Java and Spring Boot**.
-   Hands-on experience developing **Microservices**.
-   Good experience with **React** and modern frontend development.
-   Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
-   Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a development team.
